Our story is a little unique, as in the past I personally owned a large mortgage brokerage firm (300 full time agents). So, I'm familiar with the process. I knew after 3 minutes on the phone with Yvette that she's extremely bright and very well informed on all products. We had the pleasure of working with Yvette and Chuck this past winter in purchasing our first home. We just closed a condo at La Jolla Regents, Yvette @ Case2Condo did the loan for us. In today's super competitive house market, Yvette and the team were able to close our loan in less than 2 weeks. I have invested in condo before, and well aware of the challenge of getting a conventional investment loan for these kind of properties.
